There are many possibilities for damaging a color pipe in daily use: Normal ware and tear Break of the pipe Couplings are leaking

Zimmer America only uses original factory made replacement parts (patented rubber magnet holding profile) and special devices and factory approved procedures to repair color pipes.

Do not accept any non Zimmer America parts on your color pipes for repair jobs as this will void the warranty, reduce lifetime and decrease the printing quality.

Especially, we recommend not to accept any hard plastic parts (riveted) where the printing roll rods runs against as this will result in excessive use of print rods which will increase your printing cost and decrease printing quality substantially.
