Magnet Roll Rods For Rotary Screen Printing

The quality of Magnetic Roll Rods has a great impact on the quality of the printed material. Determining factors are the quality of the material used and the finish of the surface (smooth or knurled) and the execution of the end (round, with pins or end cups).

Zimmer America uses only a special magnetically activated stainless steel alloy. It is especially produced for Zimmer America only in metric sizes of diameters (6, 8, 10, 12,15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60 and 80 mm). All Roll Rods on the market that are not metric do not meet Zimmer America's quality standard.

Rods with a larger diameter than 20mm are hollow.

Roll Rod lengths available are from 500mm (20") to 5000 mm (197").

Zimmer America uses a special patented device to 100% straighten Roll Rods before they are shipped to the customer and guaranties straightness of the Roll Rod for its lifetime.
