After having worked with Zimmer America as a sales partner for years, Zimmer America became 30% equity shareholder to found ICEsonic USA LLC in 2015

2020: transfer of equity shares and 100% ownership back to ICEsonic Croatia

Lindner America
Manufacturer of shredders for the recycling industry
Based out of in Spittal/Drau, Austria
Andreas Schwarz partnered with Manual Lindner and started Lindner America LLC from scratch in 2010 to build a subsidiary in the USA for Lindner Reyclingtech GmbH
Andreas Schwarz took the brand from virtually unknown in the USA and Canada and made it a household name in alternative fuel and other recycling industries
2013: Lindner added mobile shredding to its portfolio, started to promote the product in industries that never heard of Lindner, overcoming the hurdles of an unknown brand and unproven equipment, lead to successful sales
2016: Lindner decided to consolidate all their subsidiaries and shares were sold back to Lindner
